Rental Policy: |
- All rentals are subject to a 9% government tax and a 2.5% credit card usage fee and a $100 cleaning fee.
- Check-in time is after 3 p.m. local time and check-out time is 10 a.m.
- Daily maid service is provided.
- This a strictly non-smoking unit.
- Pets are not permitted.
- We do not rent to people under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
- A damage/reservation deposit of $700 is required.

Deposit Policy: |
- An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days prior to arrival.
- This advance payment will be applied toward the rent.
- Payments may be made in the form of Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, Pay Pal, or Credit Cards.
- The Balance of the rent is due 14 days before arrival.

Refund Policy: |
- Cancellations - A sixty day notice is required for cancellation.
- Cancellations made more than sixty days will incur no penalty except if deposits were made by Pay Pal or credit cards.
- All credit cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater.
- Cancellations made less than sixty days or changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit all advance payments and deposits.
